Inclusive Leadership Summit
Pre-register
  • With global backlash on diversity, how do requirements change for inclusive leadership?

  • Leaders’ accountability: to whom and for what?

  • Key components of an inclusive leadership style: decision making, people relationships, individual behaviors (leading by example)

In 2023 diversity is on decline and we have to admit it, we see some DEI programs are shrinking from lack of support from C-suite leaders, diversity executives are being fired, and some companies are hoping to get back to the “normal way of doing business”.

While diversity policies get debated over more and more, the demand for inclusive leadership does not go anywhere. Moreover, inclusion is coming into the forefront of the corporate DEI policies instead of diversity. Reinventing inclusive leadership may be the key to creating equal opportunities, where best talent wins and serves for the company’s success.

This event will provide insights on the role of inclusive leadership amidst changes of the DEI priorities inside corporations. It will also provide networking opportunities and practical knowledge on how to bring inclusive leadership into an organization and experience the real outcome of the changes.

This event is for:

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion executives

  • HR executives and consultants

  • C-Suite executives
