THE FIRST EVER GLOBAL INCLUSION ONLINE FORUM TO TAKE PLACE IN SEPTEMBER

Kyiv, Ukraine, 17:00 CET. CFC Big Ideas, an international communications agency, has revealed its new project, the Global Inclusion Online Forum, that will connect more than two thousand participants from all over the globe and is set to take place on September 3–10, 2020.

Global Inclusion Online Forum is the first online event of such a type and scale designed to bring together world’s leading diversity and inclusion executives, HR consultants, and D&I activists together with business owners and managers who are looking for ways to make their businesses more inclusive. The week-long agenda of the event includes two days of keynotes, panel discussions, a startup competition and expo, followed by six days of practical workshops.

“In the past, most international diversity and inclusion events were exclusive, premium gatherings of thought leaders and pioneers. As the effects of the most recent events in the US are reaching the rest of the globe, more and more senior leaders are realizing the necessity of spreading the diversity and inclusion knowledge among all divisions, departments, offices, and functions of their corporations. Our Forum is set to become a powerful global platform for the world’s best practitioners to share their knowledge with the rest of the corporate world in a very cost-effective way”, said Kostiantyn Gridin, Partner at CFC Big Ideas and the Forum’s organizer.

Among the Forum’s speakers are representatives of such world’s biggest organizations engaged in the fight for human rights and diversity as UN Women, the United Nations Foundation, International Labour Organization, Human Rights Campaign, Women in Tech, Wikimedia Foundation, and others. There are also a number of world’s leading corporations who delegated their senior diversity leaders to speak at the forum: Amazon, Bloomberg LP, Danone, Deloitte, EY, IBM, IKEA group, Pfizer, SAP, Sodexo, Wipro, and others.

The Forum will open with a panel titled “COVID-19 Pandemic: A Boost or a Barrier to Greater Inclusion Around the World?” dedicated to the global COVID-19 impact on diversity and inclusion. The rest of the agenda concentrates on the topics of building inclusion through technology, creating workplace culture that is free of bias and discrimination, and shattering stereotypes in recruitment and hiring practices. The recent outbreak of the BlackLivesMatter movement and its undeniable impact on not only American but also global businesses will also be in the spotlight of the Forum.

CFC Big Ideas is an international communications consultancy headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.
