Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. What's wrong with percentages?

The percentage of women, black people and other discriminated minorities has been widely used by global corporations as their key indicator of diversity, equity and inclusion. By increasing the percentage of employed minorities they aim to show quantifiable progress in their annual diversity reports.
However, we do not know how many of those populations feel happy about their jobs, how the majority treats them and how the diversity process affects overall team performance.
In his keynote speech Kostiantyn Gridin, founder of the Global Inclusion Online Forum, will discuss ways of assessing progress and improving implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
