HR Competencies for Building Effective Virtual Teams

The workshop is designed for HR and L&D professionals who support the development of geographically dispersed.

Employees have been working virtually across cultures well before the pandemic and will continue in the future. According to a 2018 survey by RW3, 62 % of the people surveyed work on teams with three or more cultures. However, less than a quarter receive formal training. This gap in learning and doing may lead to ineffective teams because employees need to understand the virtual context so that they can adapt their behaviors. HR and L & D professionals can support employees to develop the capacities while nurturing an inclusive global culture.
