Inclusive design can be seen as something that is left to the staff rather than be tackled at the boardroom, not high priority. Where does inclusion fit in a company, is it simply one size fits all or is it simply an addition to HR. To openly adjust could implicate you have a ethical or moral problem or simply what have done. They say the hardest thing to change is change.

How can good healthcare be achieved without true inclusion globally? Ourhealth is our wealth but without improving racial and ethnic inclusion aren't we devaluing our currency. Has the pandemic tackled this or is it just a simple tick box for health care organizations?

The pandemic, the death of George Floyd and healthcare have been major areas over the last two years.Getting it right, I will share a 5 STEP - strategy alongside practical steps you can take to ensure a racially & inclusive and more unified workforce. See the positives of helping create a health website addressing a racial and multi-ethnic workforce, working with the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. A good DEI strategy can help engagement, trust, can enhance recruitment and retention within the workplace. Bottom line if you don’t have a seat at the table learn how to bring your own chair.
