Cindy Montgomery
Co-Founder at TeachAbility
		Cindy Montgomery is the co-founder and CRO of Teachability and a prominent thought-leader in invisible disabilities and youth employability. She is a consultant for Skillset, a software company that develops job simulations that level the playing field for all job seekers. She is a Global Advisor for Billion Strong and a Financial Wellness Committee member for the National Disability Institute. Cindy is also on the Illinois State Rehabilitation Council, a graduate of the Illinois Partners in Policymaking program, a Partner at the City of Chicago Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities and a Woman's Board member for Children’s Home & Aid Society of Illinois, and is a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals.
She initiated "Pauly's Pals", a program for the Chicago Rowing Foundation. Cindy is a University of Michigan Alum and holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University. She has a disability, is a disability daughter, and a disability parent. Her son was the first high school intern for a federal legislator, is a CAPE-Youth participant (a collaboration between The Council of State Governments and the K. Lisa Yang and Hock E. Tan Institute on Employment and Disability Council at Cornell University),and will attend the University of Kentucky this fall as a disability studies major.
