Together with his team he focuses on Protecting SAP customers' investment by managing critical situations and escalations, Preventing and mitigating risk through upstream long term engagements, Accelerating the feedback loop and
lessons learned from those experiences.
Sebastien is actively engaged in attracting, growing and retaining amazing talents by creating a diverse, inclusive, biasfree and positive culture at SAP.
