Seisei is the Founder and CEO of Tandem Consulting Group, providing strategy, org dev, and operational consulting, coaching, and training to clients across 3 continents. Currently Venture Partner at Republic, coach at The Grand, and a Phillips Exeter Academy General Alumni Association Director. Formerly the first COO of Future Now/The States Project and the founding COO of Run for Something. Prior to political work, joined the B Team (a Richard Branson initiative) and co-created doosh/off.
