Immerse yourself in an interactive demonstration that places you in the shoes of both a candidate and a hiring manager and experince all stages of the fully blind hiring cycle.

Through this session, you will have the unique opportunity to test the process yourself and play the part of the job candidate who joins the inteview with the hiring manager. Then you will be able to join the Hiring Committee for the Global Blind Hiring Ambassador role to conduct interviews and ultimately choose the candidate who best embodies the principles of blind hiring and has the potential to make a significant impact in the field.
