May 23, 2022 6:00 PM CET BUY TICKETS Price: 130 USD
THE WORKSHOP REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

“This emotional tax is defined as "the heightened experience of being treated differently from peers due to race/ethnicity or gender, triggering adverse effects on health and feelings of isolation and making it difficult to thrive at work." - Catalyst Report 2016. In recent history we have seen the rise of BLM, sad and internationally known cases of unjust racial killings including George Floyd and Breanna Taylor, have seen workers demand more corporate social responsibility in the workplace and support for inclusive wellness policies in the workplace.

In this workshop, you will understand what "the emotional tax" is, who it affects, how it decrease morale, increase sickness absence and why it is a precursor to a minority talent drain for your organization.

When you leave this workshop you will be equipped with tools and strategies to put in place an inclusive wellbeing strategy that will help you retain minorityand under-represented talent in your company.

The duration of the workshop is 90 minutes.
