May 20, 2022 9:30 PM CET BUY TICKETS
Today's workplaces are not safe spaces for employees to talk about their emotional struggles. Employees who feel emotionally supported are more engaged to do their best work. And yet, for many employees, being emotionally well means being able to talk about their feelings. Emotional wellness is key to workplace productivity. If employers don't address emotional wellness in the workplace, it's almost a certainty that they'll see a decrease in employees' productivity and quality of work. Also, employees who feel that they are not supported emotionally at work, are more likely to leave the company for a more emotionally supportive environment. Together, in this keynote, we'll explore:
  • How to foster an emotionally supportive workplace that also achieves great business results
  • How to design work practices and policies to create safe spaces for employees
  • How to Identify which behaviors and attitudes might be hurting your employees' ability to be emotionally well in the workplace
  • How to create a company culture where employees feel comfortable talking openly about feelings in the workplace.
  • How to develop and implement an action plan to help you address the barriers to emotional wellness at your company.
  • How to create space for others' emotional wellness without overstepping boundaries
