Polarity management of being helpful

May 19, 2022 10:30 AM CET BUY TICKETS

When Russia invaded Ukraine this was the time to become helpful. To help refugees at the border, to support Ukraininans who decided or were forced to stay in their country or to build sustainable processes which will be helpful in the long term perspective. Diversity Hub offers many services for free, to make them widely available - as part of their mission. It was so easy for them to jump into "Let's collect clothes, let's collect food and let's drive to the border" as soon as they got information about the war. It took them some days to decide what and how they will be the most helpful for the people and organizations.

Diversity Hub used polarity management practice in order to find the best way of creating the biggest opportunity of introducing change and being helpful for the company and Partners. During the presentation the speaker will share the case studies which will illustrate how two poles of being helpful can become risky and how to manage this polarity in order to bring desired change.

The attendees will learn:

  • Foundation of polarity management
  • About the risk of focusing on one pole of being helpful
  • Get some advice on how to secure your processes in the future
