Dudley Sawyerr is a HealthCare Consultant and Business Strategist at People Care Services. Passionate about the health care sector, he currently sits on a number of boards as well as the Chair for the Registered Managers Groups across 12 London Boroughs to facilitate and drive change.  

Currently working with NHS Trust SLaM as the Social Care Lead to engage the staff and community in the Keeping Well SE London project. Looking at the area of stigma around health and wellbeing the culturally diverse ethnic health workforce.

Finally Dudley is a champion of diversity and inclusion for change and is engaging in some research projects around Dementia to help with future direction for government bodies.

Improving racial and ethnic inclusion in a large health care organization

Inclusion when channelled and appreciated can bring new ideas and approaches. This is not about losing power. It's about making powerful changes. We can't avoid the debate, we still see glass ceilings for women, lack of access to service for people with disabilities, ongoing discrimination of people in the LBGTQ+ community and under representation of people of colour in senor positions.
