Kesavan Kanchi Kandadai

Kesavan is a father of twin children. With so much of their lives moving online (and the pandemic has made this more acute), he is on a mission to make these online spaces safer, inclusive and human for our future generations.

Kesavan has deep expertise in building software for online content, communities and commerce. He pioneered live streaming and OTT platforms and built video platforms for major world sporting events including Olympics, world cup football and cricket. In his previous roles, Kesavan led the launch of Amazon prime video in India and was the country head for Symphony Talent.

Kesavan combined his experience in online content, marketing technologies and talent management software to build ishield.ai. Currently he is the Co-founder & CEO of ishield.ai - an AI assistant for inclusive brand communications. Kesavan holds a post graduate degree in applied statistics and computer science from IIT Bombay.
