She believes that Culture is the heart and soul of the organization. Without a thoughtful and purposeful strategy to feed the internal culture that includes the IDEA (Inclusion = diversity + equity + accessibility), it will take on a life of its own without your intent or approval, affecting your business operations as well as your internal and external brand.
She is the Founder of MyKimisms, LLC, a social enterprise that operates with an 80/20 model, which donates 20% of revenue via philanthropy and pro bono services to social impact and non-profit organizations. With this culture-first approach, MyKimisms, LLC builds culture from the inside out because she believes we cannot change systemic issues without addressing our own internal systems of inequities without the IDEA.
As a past executive, Kimfer led an award-winning team of 80+ amazing professionals in a digital marketing agency of 230+ people, she understands what it means to balance business, tech, and people. She is also an Adjunct Professor teaching Creativity and Innovation for MBA students and has her MBA in Executive Leadership.
