Rezza Moieni is the CTO and Project Director of Cultural Infusion since 2015. Rezza has a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Science (Information Security). He graduated as the best student of 2012 from University Teknologi Malaysia in 2012 having started his career as a broadcast Engineer in 2001 at IRIB and continued his career pathway as a technical and project director of many national level projects in the broadcasting industry in Iran.
Rezza is currently managing a diverse team of data scientists, developers, designers, educators and project coordinators. He is working on developing break through educational knowledge-based projects focusing on cultural diversity awareness and action, including world leading platforms such as Diversity Atlas, Sound Infusion.
Rezza has overseen the organisation’s expansion into the technology innovation space over the past 5 years leading to Cultural Infusion winning several awards for its technology innovations.

The concepts of diversity and mutuality remain difficult to define and are thus difficult to manage, improve or measure. As a result, the effects of a diverse workforce on improving business performance have been understudied and are not well understood outside of professional business contexts. This keynote aims to bring to light data driven solutions to this problem.
