Zeynep Ince was appointed PMI’s Global Head Inclusion & Diversity in November 2021. She started her career with Philip Morris in 2008 as Market Counsel for PM Turkey. She progressed in central Legal & Compliance department through various roles with increasing responsibility. Before joining to I&D, she was leading Ethics & Compliance team in the EU Region.


In her current position, Zeynep is responsible for running women’s development programs, engaging with markets/regions to cascade PMI’s global Inclusion & Diversity strategy, and supporting global Employee Resource Groups as governance and coordinator to expand locally.

Social injustice and gender inequality were topics always close to her heart. Her passion for these topics was concertized in 2020 when she joined Women’s Inspiration Network Employee Resource Group as one of the founding members before moving to I&D. Her clear values make her stand for them until the end, always with the motto of making our world a little better.

Zeynep was born and grew up in Turkey. She began her career as an Associate Lawyer at White & Case and holds two Master of Law from Ankara University and the University of Nottingham.
