This webinar is aimed at Senior executives in the HR function of corporations with 5000+ employees.

Outcome

To sum up, along with insights on increasing employees’ engagement, this training will assist your future endeavors in:

  • Providing company’s assessments on cultural transformation
  • Creating an inclusive climate and engendering a culture
  • Analyzing the steps to foster a sense of community within the organization

Many DEI+J Strategies for cultural transformation are remiss in that they do things to an organization of people rather than with and for them. This training workshop will provide insights and strategies that leverage the collaboration and input of the entire organization as key stakeholders in the cultural transformation process to build upon the DEI+J goals and make progress on the DEI+J journey.

By providing assessments (surveys, focus groups, and interviews for both quantitative and qualitative data source sets) on a monthly or quarterly basis, leveraging technology tools that are accessible and mobile friendly, and monitoring progress through the creation of KPI’s and BI Dashboards that compare progress quarter over quarter, month over month, and/or year over year, you will learn to utilize your own insights to glean valuable strategies for the DEI+J journey ahead.

The overarching purpose of any DEI+J journey is to create an inclusive climate and engender a culture that embeds equity and positive impact upon historically marginalized and minorities identity groups. By fostering a sense of community among all employees, such a climate is not elusive but achievable and can be implemented structurally, interactionally among teams, and at the individual level.

The duration of the workshop is 1 hour.
