Once you have a clear mission and vision and know how D&I will help you achieve business results, you need to know what to do and when to do it. Do you champion D&I in your meetings? Do you advise your team to start with raising awareness, updating policies or encourage creation of an Employee Resource Group? Which initiative will be best suited for your goals?

This session will show you the steps to take and give guidance on which initiatives are right for you. It will build on the session of the previous day to help you draft a realistic high level action plan for your organisation.

• Which initiatives are part of a successful D&I action plan? Our expert will share which initiatives need to be part of every D&I action plan. You will learn why you need each one so you can give clear feedback on plans and ideas put forward and choose the best for you.
  
  
• How to set a realistic timeline for your D&I initiatives? – You will get guidance on setting realistic timelines and then work with your peers in break out rooms to set your goals into time.
  
  
• How to prioritise between initiatives, choose quick wins and know where to start? – Now that you know what you want to achieve, and by when, you need to choose which initiatives will help you most, and which to start with. We will give you criteria and a helpful tool to help you prioritise your initiatives and consider feasibility, stakeholders, and resources.
  
  
• What else do you need to have in place to ensure success? – Now that you have got your quick wins and key long-term initiatives you will need to get people on board, measure, and create accountability for results. Our expert will share some powerful quick wins, so you can start getting your first results!
