How to ensure leadership programmes deliver on expectations

There is no doubt that females need to be sponsored to follow leadership programmes, to develop the clarity, confidence and conviction (3 Cs) to feel empowered to drive their own careers. But how do you ensure your programme achieves the 3 Cs and how do you influence what happens next, so that there is long term measurable impact?

This case study will demonstrate how implementing four building blocks increases the likelihood of moving the needle for gender equality. In this case study, the speaker will share:

  • The ingredients required to develop the 3 Cs
  • The measurable impact of implementing the 4 building blocks: redefining success, engaging participants' managers, individual coaching and facilitating 3-way meetings
  • The contrasting outcomes between leadership programmes with and without the building blocks
