Building and Developing Inclusive Ecosystems

Many people with disabilities are never enrolled into the school, there are many different factors for having their families making this decision. For this reason, it is hard for them to find a formal job where they can boost their potential and build an independent life. Walmart México and Central America is leading the inclusion of People with Disabilities creating inclusive ecosystems across region. By the end of 2021, more than 6,000 people with disabilities were included on the workforce of the company.
