Sneha is a Vice President at Wells Fargo India & Philippines (WFIP). She heads Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) across India and Philippines. In her professional role, she leads and drives the inclusion strategy across Gender, LGBTQ+, People with Disabilities and Veterans. She coaches senior executives on embedding DEI within their businesses and in their role as inclusion champions.

She is also actively involved in building an ecosystem of inclusion in society through various initiatives. She mentors young women and LGBTQ+ professionals on career journeys and life skills.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2020, she was driving Diversity & Inclusion strategies for Goldman Sachs, India. She also has experience in the Learning and Development function at Goldman Sachs. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she worked in the Social Enterprise sector.

Although tolerance and acceptance are becoming increasingly normalized, equal treatment and the number of opportunities is still far away from the standard. Despite significant progress in increasing LGBTQIA+ visibility and acceptance, the general corporate culture around the world still has miles to go.
