Valentina Kordi Mindset & High-Performance Executive and Business Coach

Valentina Kordi is a Certified Mindset & High-Performance Coach for Executives, Teams & Entrepreneurs, International Motivational Speaker, TEDx speaker and an author. She has 10 years of experience as an Executive & Business Coach having coached businesspersons and C-level executives from SME up to big multinational companies such as Microsoft, Novartis, Coca-Cola, Nissan Motor Corporation, Biomarin Pharmaceutics, Unilever, Sephora, and others worldwide to achieve their corporate and professional goals, build their leadership skills and manage effectively changes in individual and team level, by changing their mindset and behaviors, after having worked herself for 15 years as an Executive in multinational companies. Her book «Success is a mind game» has become a best-seller.

She studied Business Administration in Newport University of California, holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from City Unity College, is a Ph.D. Candidate Doctor of Philosophy in Conscious Business Ethics at the University of Sedona and is studying at the moment for a MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy. In addition, she studied Success Conversion Coaching in Express Coaching School in Canada and Strategic Intervention Coaching in Robbins-Madanes School of Tony Robbins in the USA. She is a Harvard Business Review Advisory Council Member, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member and Affiliate Coach member of Institute of Coaching McLean/Harvard Medical School. 

In 2020, she is listed in ICAP Group’s Leading Women of Business in Greece for 2020 and recently she was awarded with the International Women of Courage 2021 Award from the International Human Rights Advisory Council, a member of the United Nations Global Compact (the largest global corporate sustainability initiative created in 2000 by the United Nations), which is dedicated to Mother Teresa.

In this keynote Valentina Kordi will address why, although so many organizations are nowadays willing to embrace inclusivity as part of their culture that will increase employee retention and engagement, it still hasn’t been effectively integrated and successfully achieved and how it can turn into an ordinary behavior in the workplace, in practice.
