Mental safety in the hybrid environment: corporate or personal responsibility?

May 20, 2022 7:00 PM CET BUY TICKETS

Hybrid working environments are becoming more popular as they allow people with different backgrounds and skill sets to work together remotely. The new hybrid environments come with novel challenges regarding HR management and corporate culture strategies. While a part of the workforce enjoys the freedom of working from home, many individuals find it challenging to maintain a healthy mindset in the context of continuous isolation. Whose problem is this? Who is responsible for enabling a healthy workforce? Where should we draw the line between the responsibility of the organization and the responsibility of the individual when it comes to mental health?

The speakers at this panel will discuss

  • Revelations brought by increasingly prevalent hybrid workspaces

  • Drawing the line between individual and collective responsibility

  • How can a corporate culture ensure the feeling of safety and mental health in hybrid environments?
