Tamar has over twenty years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources, Including HR Business Partnering, DEI, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Mergers & Acquisition, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and Leadership Coaching with Fortune 500 companies, including CACI International, CPA Global (based in UK), and Lockheed Martin Corporation.


Tamar spent over 11 years at Lockheed Martin Corporation in various Human Resources leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Director, Global Diversity and Inclusion for Aeronautics Division. During her tenure at Lockheed Martin, Tamar received several significant awards recognizing her leadership for large scale program transitions, proposal wins, and leadership development.

In 2018 Tamar joined CPA Global, a UK based Intellectual Property software product and technology company as SVP, Human Resources, leading Talent, Culture, and HR Business Partnering functions, driving global culture transformational efforts.

In 2021 Tamar joined CACI International, taking on yet another challenging opportunity, establishing D&I function in alignment with CACI’s strong values of ethics and integrity. Under Tamar’s leadership the organization embarked on the Path to Inclusion movement, with a personalized and humanistic approach to instilling a sense of belonging and inclusion across the organization.

One of the focus areas for Tamar is establishing sense of “one community” through Employee Resource Groups and utilizing ERGs as a leadership development platform for diverse leaders. Another key areas of focus is advancing STEM education and giving back to the community.

Tamar is an ICF certified leadership coach, supporting organizational leaders to find their true north, establish balance and lead through curiosity, empathy, and perspective taking.

Tamar holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Tbilisi State University and a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Capella University. Tamar completed Georgetown University Executive Coaching Program and holds ACC accreditation from International Coach Federation.
