VP, Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Under Armour

Jessica is Under Armour’s Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In this role, Jessica was responsible for creating the organization’s first DE&I strategy, and is currently leading all aspects of the program for over 14,000 employees across the corporate, retail and distribution functions. In her role, Jessica also leads Under Armour’s Diversity and Inclusion Council and nine Employee Resource Groups, and is a key partner to the organization’s executive leadership team.

Prior to joining Under Armour, Jessica held various senior management positions in Human Resources with a focus on aligning talent to accelerate and amplify business strategy. Her expertise spans multiple talent management areas, including learning and development, leadership development, integrated talent planning and change management.
