Grace is Vice President and the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Practice Lead at Ipsos, Canada. She holds 15+ years of experience in public opinion and social research bringing an archaeological background that is driven by a deep curiosity about cultures and behaviours. She has a keen understanding of the nuances and issues around equity and inclusion in the Canadian context. As a quantitative and qualitative researcher, Grace works with organizations to help them identify where workplace inequity is occurring through a data-driven approach and provides valuable insights and compelling narratives based on data and analytics. Her work on diversity spans over a decade including studies on media representation conducted on behalf of the Cultural Diversity Task Force on Canadian Television and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
Prior to Ipsos, Grace was a Senior Research Associate at Social Research and Demonstration Corporation (SRDC), a not-for-profit organization specializing in policy research and program evaluations. She is passionate about evaluating initiatives that support a more equitable, diverse and inclusive society.
