Antoinette Hamilton
Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Lam Research
Antoinette Hamilton is the global head of inclusion and diversity at Lam Research. In her role, Antoinette drives the strategy for inclusion and diversity initiatives, ensuring alignment with executive and senior management; consulting on and embedding best practices across recruiting, employee development, and business processes; and developing key partnerships to foster an inclusive and diverse workforce.
Prior to joining Lam, Antoinette served as vice president of diversity, inclusion and community experience at Xandr, an AT&T company. Her more than 20 years of inclusion and diversity experience includes leadership positions at AppNexus and L’Oréal USA. She also spent three years in Osaka, Japan, where she taught culture and communication in support of the efforts of the Japanese Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Antoinette began her career at INROADS, a non-profit organization dedicated to career advancement for college students from underserved communities.
Her awards and honors include recognition as a 40 under 40 Achiever from the Network Journal, a Beacon Award from the New York Coalition of 100 Black Women, and a Women Worth Watching from Profiles In Diversity Journal. Additionally, she serves on the board of Philipse Manor Hall, a New York State Historic Site.
Antoinette earned her B.A. degree from Hampton University, a historically Black university.
