Traci Sanders is the VP-Global Head of DE&I responsible for developing company-wide diversity and inclusion programs, working with recruiting to develop talent pipelines, diversity metrics and reporting and returns on investment, and overseeing training and development programs. In addition, she manages the Supplier Diversity program within Verizon and the Employee Relations function, ensuring the communication with employees regarding employee relations concerns; providing guidance and recommendations for resolution of issues as well as assisting managers and supervisors in understanding and implementing company policies related to performance, discipline, and related topics. Prior to this, Sanders served in several leadership roles at Verizon responsible for compensation, talent management, systems and operations.
