Laura Agharkar is Nasdaq's Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Culture. In her roles, she leads the strategy and execution of all programs that ensure that Nasdaq is a destination employer where all feel valued, respected, challenged and have a true sense of inclusion and belonging.


Before Nasdaq, Laura held similar roles at Global Pharmaceutical Ferring and Samsung Electronics America. Laura's passion for her work is largely influenced by raising multiracial children and Nasdaq's purpose of advancing economic progress for all.

Laura lives in a suburb of New York City, with her husband, daughter Fiona, Son Charlie, and two Goldendoodles. She enjoys getting out on the golf course, traveling, and spending quality time with her close friends and family.
