Dr. Yetta Toliver is a native of Baton Rouge, LA. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA, a master’s degree in business administration from Dallas Baptist University in Dallas, TX, a doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN, and certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Dr. Toliver joined Xerox Corporation in 1987 and has held multiple management and director positions in Customer Operations, Business Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, Sales Enablement, and Contract Compliance. In 2021, she transitioned to the role of Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) where she leads the DIB strategy and roadmap to help inspire culture change and build a more diverse community within the company that mirrors the markets served. She was named as one of Mogul’s Top 100 DEI Leaders.

In 2018, Dr. Toliver became a business adjunct professor at Dallas College. She teaches courses related to Business Principles, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior and Supervision. Teaching the next generation of business leaders is a part of her passion.

Dr. Toliver extends her leadership skills and talents to serve in several professional affiliations and organizations. She is a life member of the Southern University Alumni Federation. As a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Omicron Mu Omega Chapter where she serves as the President and Chairman of the Legacy of Service Foundation, Inc. She also serves on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Leadership Development Committee, Membership Committee, and Social Action & Connections Committee.

She is an executive mentor for the Xerox Employee Resource Groups network. Dr. Toliver is a past board member of The Women’s Alliance (TWA) and Black Women’s Leadership Council (BWLC). And she led the membership efforts for the North Texas Ethics & Compliance Committee (NTXECC).

Dr. Toliver resides in Lewisville, TX where she is a member of the Westside Baptist Church (WBC) and serves in many ministries including Sunday Morning Bible Study, Women’s Choir, and Policies and Procedures Committee and Imagine More: Facilitating Greatness Committee. Additionally, Dr. Toliver volunteers for many North Texas non-profit agencies including Minnie’s Pantry, God’s Pantry, Sister’s Network, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Dress for Success Dallas.
