Mahdis is a passionate advocate for diversity & inclusion in the business world. Her TEDxtalk "the largest pool of talent in business: women" has been viewed over 40,000 times. Before founding the female factor, Mahdis was one of the youngest and only female general managers of an international airline in Austria for over 7 years and led cross-border projects and teams in the Middle East, Europe and the US. She co-founded her first business at age 23 and held leadership positions at non-profit organisations such as the World Affairs Council, AustrianStartups and Female Founders.
